Every business under your account, and moving between them.
Each business is entirely separate: its own books, banks, vendors, payroll, tax position and agent authority. They share nothing except the person signed in.
That separation is enforced in the database rather than in the interface, which is what makes it real rather than cosmetic.

Not for each location or department. Locations belong inside one business, separate entities do not.
The switcher changes everything: books, banks, obligations. The current business is always named in the interface so you cannot act in the wrong one by accident.
Somebody can administer one and read another. Role belongs to the person and business together.
A registered business stays on the ledger. Archiving stops activity and preserves the record.
On a phone
Every figure from the desktop appears here, stacked rather than reduced. Tables scroll inside themselves so the page never moves sideways, and figures keep their separators and their alignment at every width.

Group Overview consolidates across businesses. The underlying books are never merged, so a separate return is always producible.
No. There is no path, which is the point. Moving a vendor or an account means recreating it.
